Active member of the development team of the South Texas Project Nuclear Expansion of Units 3&4. Estimate Project Cost $10-14 Billion. Created and maintained the financial model. Interacted with all departments in support of project needs. Provided sections of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Construction and Operating License Application. Negotiated a tax abatement agreement with Palacios Independent School District anticipated savings over $260 Million Conducted a community outreach campaign to mitigate any opposition to the tax abatement agreement. Marketed the Power Purchase Agreement to potential customers and contributed to the agreement.
